Terms of Service

Effective July 9, 2026

Aestar AI Solutions is a service operated by Profacio, LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Aestar AI Solutions ("Aestar," "we," "us"). By requesting a pilot, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

1. The Services

Your phone number stays yours. Aestar works by forwarding the calls you miss from your existing business number, which remains on your own carrier account in your name. We never take ownership of the number your customers know, and cancelling Aestar does not affect it — you switch call forwarding off and everything rings as it did before. If we ever provide an additional number as internal plumbing, it is not the number you advertise, and losing it costs you nothing.

Aestar provides an "AI Operations Team" for local service businesses — including missed-call text-back, pricing analysis, customer reactivation, review management, and a weekly briefing. Features and integrations may change or improve over time. Some capabilities depend on third-party services you connect (e.g. your phone number, scheduling/CRM tool, or Google Business Profile).

2. Pilot, billing & cancellation

The pilot is free for the stated period. No credit card is required to start.
After the pilot, the Service is $499/month, billed monthly, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. There is no long-term contract.
You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
Use the Services only for lawful business purposes.
Customer contact & consent. If you use Aestar to contact your customers (including by text), you represent that you have the legal right and any required consent to contact them. You are responsible for compliance with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, carrier rules, and applicable law regarding your customer communications. We provide opt-out handling and consent records, but the underlying relationship and permission are yours.
Don't upload purchased, rented, or cold-acquired contact lists.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Services — including attempting to breach security, access another customer's data, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, or use the Services to harass, defraud, or harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI outputs & estimates

Aestar uses automated analysis and AI-generated content (e.g. pricing suggestions, draft replies, "found money" figures). These are estimates and drafts, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before they're used or sent. We don't guarantee any specific revenue, savings, or results.

6. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third parties (e.g. Twilio, Stripe, Google, Supabase, Vercel). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms, and we aren't responsible for their acts or outages.

7. Data & privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Services for you. On termination, we'll delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention needs.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aestar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
