Win the next job while you're finishing this one.

Ava plans the work that fills a slow week: a postcard to the neighbors of a job you just finished, a review request after a paid job, a follow-up on a quote gone quiet. You see the words and the cost first. Mailing and sending aren't switched on yet, so today nothing goes out.

The Aestar app on a computer: Grow, with this week's plan from Ava: a postcard to 201 homes near W 8th St for about $181, asking two customers who paid this week for a review, and a text back to a caller who hung up, each waiting for your yes, beside what's already working for you. Example shop.

What it does

A postcard to the neighbors

After a job, Ava picks the homes nearby, leaves out your existing customers, designs the card and works out the cost, like 201 homes near W 8th St for $181.30. Mailing isn't connected yet, so saving it keeps the plan ready.

Ava's postcard plan in the Aestar app: 201 homes near W 8th St, where Pat just finished a panel check, for about $181.30, with the front and back of the card, the week it would land, and what Ava says when one of them calls. Nothing is bought or mailed yet. Example shop.

Ask after a paid job

When a job is paid, Ava lines up a review request with your review link. It waits in a queue until texting or email is on for your shop, so share the link yourself for now.

Review asks in the Aestar app: Lena Morris and Craig Dawson have paid and are ready to ask, and four more customers' asks wait in your queue. Example shop.

Quotes worth a follow-up

Every open estimate with what it's worth and how long it's waited. Ava brings the big ones to Needs you.

Ava's follow-up offer in the Aestar app: five estimates over $1,000 haven't been answered in a week, $14,620 in all, with the biggest named and buttons to follow up, with or without 5% off. Example shop.

More

Callers who never booked

Missed calls and website requests that didn't turn into a job wait in one list, so you can follow up. A reply you queue waits until sending is on.

Posts for your neighborhoods

Ava drafts posts for the areas you work in from your finished jobs. Posting to Google and Nextdoor isn't connected, so you copy them.

Nothing posts by itself

Aestar isn't connected to Google, Yelp or Facebook. Reviews, posts and replies are drafts you approve and post yourself.
